In store pick up

There is the option at checkout to pick your purchased items up from our store in Sutherland. If you select this option, no postage fees will be applied. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. If you wish to pick up your order urgently, please call us at the shop on 02 9542 1258 so we know when to expect you. Please note our shop operating hours;

Monday-Friday: 9:30-5:30

Saturday: 9:30-2:30

Sunday: Closed

Refunds and Returns

Please email us at mylittledreamcosutherland@gmail.com and one of our team members will be able to reply.

Once your email is received we will then authorise the return as long as it is in line with our return policy below.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a credit note or exchange within 14 days of purchase. We do not refund for change of mind.

Please note there is no exchanges/credit notes available on sale Items, underwear and swimwear.

Once you have been given an email approval for an exchange/ credit note please return your item to:

You will be responsible for any returns postage charge and all returned (non-faulty) goods must be in their original packaging, with the relevant swing tags attached and in excellent re-saleable condition. Damaged soiled or altered returns may not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer. Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded, nor will any postage costs incurred by returning the item(s) to us, unless the item(s) are faulty.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way.

All items returned should have a exchange/credit note email approval. Unidentified returns within our 14-day policy may be returned to the sender.

Unidentified returns outside the 14-day policy may be returned to the sender and we will not accept any liability for these returned goods.

Exchanges -

Exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your original order. Please come to the store with your receipt and the relevant exchange will be made.

Faulty Items -

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is faulty please contact us immediately.

All goods will be inspected on return. If If the item(s) have a minor problem we will repair it and return it to you, alternatively a replacement of refund will be processed.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Shipping

Please allow on average 1-10 business days to receive your order's in Australia- as delivery times depend on your location.

Orders to Western Australia do take on average 5-10 business days. To Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane on average 1-5 business days.

Express Post is only next day delivery in the same state- as per Australia Post guidelines. Please note we don't ship orders every day of the week, so express post does not guarantee next day delivery. Please email or call us for further information if your order is required urgently.

Orders over a $100 will receive free shipping. For other orders, the cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us outlining the tracking number.
